Return & Exchange Policy

At Jaydan’s Gems and Jewels, we carefully select and package every order with care. Because many of our products are designed to provide a fun and exciting surprise experience, please review our return and exchange policy before purchasing.

Mystery Items – All Sales Final

Due to the surprise and randomly selected nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on personal preference for:

- Mystery Scoops

- Mystery Bags

- Blind Bags

- Curated Blind Reveals

- Mystery Bundles

- Gem Bags

- Lucky Ducks and other mystery games

- Any other randomly selected or surprise-reveal products

Colors, styles, designs, jewelry finishes, stones, accessories, and other product characteristics may vary. Receiving an item that is not your preferred color, style, or design does not qualify the order for a return or exchange.

By purchasing a mystery or blind-reveal product, you acknowledge that the items are selected at random and that the contents of your order will be a surprise.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to receive products that are in usable condition. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or unusable, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or exchange for an item of the same or comparable category and value, subject to availability.

We may request photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging so that we can verify the issue.

Religious, Cultural & Personal Considerations

We understand that occasionally a randomly selected item may contain wording, imagery, symbols, themes, or designs that conflict with a customer's sincerely held religious or cultural beliefs or practices.

If this occurs, please contact us. We will be happy to exchange the item for another randomly selected item from the same or comparable product category and value, subject to availability.

This accommodation does not allow customers to select a specific replacement item, color, design, or style.

Important

Mystery products are purchased for the experience of receiving a surprise. Duplicate items, personal preferences, colors, styles, or receiving an item you would not have personally selected are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
