💖 How It Works

Choose the number of items you'd like in your Mystery Bundle at checkout.

You'll receive the number of mystery items purchased, plus a Journal or Notebook included with your bundle!

Freebies are included in every order 🎁

For example:

✨ 5 Items = 5 Mystery Items + Journal/Notebook
✨ 10 Items = 10 Mystery Items + Journal/Notebook
✨ 15 Items = 15 Mystery Items + Journal/Notebook

Your mystery items will be selected using our mixed Mystery Capsules. Each capsule reveals an item that will be added to your bundle!

Open, reveal, and watch your stationery collection grow! 🎀✨

💖 A Fun Variety of Surprise Stationery

🎨 Tell Us Your Favorite Colors!

We want your bundle to feel extra special!

Please add your color selection or color preferences in the message box at checkout.

Love pink? 💕
Prefer purple? 💜
Obsessed with teal? 🩵
Love bright colors, pastels, or neutrals?

Let us know!

We'll do our best to consider your color preferences while preparing your bundle based on available inventory.

Please remember that color requests are preferences and cannot be guaranteed because this is a randomly selected mystery product.

🎲 Random Capsule Picks

Here's where the mystery begins!

Your items will be selected from our mixed Mystery Capsules, with each capsule representing a surprise item for your order.

The number of items you purchase determines the number of mystery items you'll receive.

You won't know exactly what you're getting until your capsules are revealed—that's part of the fun! 🎁✨

💌 Special Requests

You're welcome to leave additional preferences or suggestions in the message box at checkout.

We'll do our best to consider reasonable requests when preparing your order; however, because this is a mystery-selected product, specific items, colors, designs, or styles cannot be guaranteed.

📦 Mystery Item Return & Refund Policy

Because Stationery Mystery Bundles are sold as a random mystery experience, all mystery-selected products are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based solely on:

• Receiving an item you would not have personally selected
• Receiving duplicate items
• Color, style, or design preferences
• Not receiving a specific product you hoped to receive
• The contents of a randomly selected Mystery Capsule

Mystery products are intentionally selected as a surprise, so products, colors, designs, and contents will vary from order to order.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another problem with your order, please contact us so we can review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

For additional information, please review our complete Return & Exchange Policy.
